Check 21 Information Seminars
June 8 - July 13, 2004
 

Overview
Learn how the Check Clearing for the 21st Century Act (Check 21) will impact your institution and preview the new Federal Reserve products that will be available to help you leverage the Act. Check 21 seminars will be held in Fairfield, New Jersey, San Juan, Puerto Rico, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands and in Albany, Newburgh, Buffalo, Syracuse, New York City and Melville, New York in June and July.

Federal Reserve representatives will be on hand at these half-day seminars to update you on the status of Check 21 regulations and how our new products can prepare you for the Oct. 28, 2004, implementation of the Act. The seminars will include:

  • A brief overview of Check 21 legislation
  • A preview of new forward and return deposit products available from the Federal Reserve
  • How our payor and image services complement the Check 21 initiative
  • Technical considerations and next steps
Who Should Attend
The Check 21 sessions will be geared to Check and Operations management. The seminars are offered free of charge, but reservations are required. Due to space constraints, we request that no more than two attendees register per session.
Registration Deadline
Please register at least two weeks prior to the seminar you plan to attend. Seating is limited, so we encourage you to register now to reserve your spot.
