2004 Compliance and Legal Risk Conference

Overview
The Legal and Compliance Risk Department of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York is pleased to host its first conference intended for Compliance and CRA Officers of community banking organizations. The conference, which will be held on Monday December 6, will address current regulatory and examination-related topics of interest to all consumer compliance and CRA professionals. Presentations by senior examination and legal staff will give bankers the opportunity to be informed of the latest developments and to discuss their thoughts and raise questions. Examiners will also discuss sound and leading practices and problems to avoid.
