Overview
Community Conditions—a new project of the Office of Regional and Community Affairs—focuses on low- and moderate-income communities in the Second District. We use Census Bureau and other data to describe economic conditions and policy responses in select communities in the district. Our goal is to give our constituents—community-based organizations, financial institutions, government agencies, academics and policymakers—a deeper understanding of communities in the Second District. Community Conditions for 2006 focuses on poverty.
