Session Description
The Discount Window division of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York will host a two hour conference on January 6th and January 7th 2003 to provide practical information on the new revisions to Discount Window programs. The seminar will cover the amendment to Regulation A which replaces adjustment credit and extended credit programs with new discount window programs called primary credit and secondary credit. Representatives of the Discount Window will describe in detail the background for the changes and eligibility requirements as well as practical operational aspects of the new credit programs.
