FR Y-10S Supplement to the Report of Changes in Organizational Structure
Notice of Discontinuation:
The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System discontinued the FR Y-10S report effective June 30, 2007.

Description:
This supplement requires data from public banking organizations on their Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registration status and on their compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. It also requires data from public banking organizations on their six-digit Committee on Uniform Security Identification Procedures (CUSIP) numbers for debt or equity issuances. There are two schedules: Schedule A, SEC Reporting Status, and Schedule B, CUSIP numbers.
