FR 2009a/b/c Monthly Survey of Industrial Electricity Use

Notice of Discontinuance:
The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve discontinued the FR 2009 in November 2005.

Description:
This report collects data on the amount of electric power sold by utilities to, and cogenerated by, manufacturing and mining industries. Data are classified by the industries' primary activities according to North Amercian Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes. FR 2009a is filed by utilities, and the FR 2009b is filed by cogenerating industrial companies. These reports are often referred to as the KWH (kilowatt hour) reports.
