Lennox A. Myrie |

Mr. Myrie received a bachelor's degree from Pratt Institute in 1979 and a master's from Polytechnic Institute of New York in 1985. Mr. Myrie joined the Bank in October 1972 as a computer operator in the Computer Operations Department. In December 1976, he was promoted to supervisor in the Central Operations Division, User Operations Department. Two years later, Mr. Myrie was promoted to assistant chief of that department and in April 1981, he was appointed systems specialist. In May 1982, he was transferred to the Telecommunications Operations Department as an assistant chief, and in January 1983 was promoted to chief. Mr. Myrie was transferred to the Placement and Counseling Division of the Personnel Department in February 1986 where he held the position of chief. In October 1987, Mr. Myrie was appointed an officer of the Bank with the title of manager and was assigned to the Long-Range Planning Staff of the Automation and Electronic Payments Group. In January 1989, Mr. Myrie was assigned to the Fedwire and Communications Operations Department. In May 1992, Mr. Myrie was assigned to the General Computer Operations Department. Mr. Myrie's title was changed in February 1996 to automation officer. In April 1998, the Data Processing Function was redesignated the Network and Data Center Operations Function. Mr. Myrie was given responsibility for the Data Center Operations Department and Quality Assurance. In June 1999, Mr. Myrie was promoted to assistant vice president with his assignment continuing. He was promoted to vice president in December 2001. Mr. Myrie was designated the officer in charge of Network and Data Center Operations in June 2003. January 2006 |
