Credit, Investment and Payment Risk leads and coordinates the Bank's work on payments policy and credit risk issues.

 
Credit Risk Management
  • Administers the Payment System Risk Policy for the New York Fed.
  • Monitors the conditions of banks and other credit counterparties.
  • Measures, analyzes and reports the New York Fed's credit exposures.
  • Performs credit assessments of vendors.
Investment Support Office
  • Coordinates the monitoring of service provider relationships and contracts that support both the Bank's interest in the assets securing loans to the Maiden Lane LLC entities and provide outsourced financial management roles on behalf of the LLCs.
  • Provides analytic and administrative support to the Bank's Investment Committee.
Payments Policy
  • Leads the coordination of Bankwide policy work and oversight work related to systemically important payment, clearing and settlement activity, with the aim of increasing the resiliency and stability of the financial system.
  • Works in partnership with key stakeholders and subject matter experts across the Bank, the Federal Reserve, at domestic and foreign regulatory agencies and in the private sector to achieve this mission.
SCRM Administration Office
  • Provides project management, analytical and administrative support for the Subcommittee on Credit Risk Management (SCRM) and the SCRM Chair.
  • Facilitates a strategic and collaborative approach to the development and accomplishment of SCRM's business objectives.
SCRM CRM Technology Support
  • Provides management and oversight for SCRM information technology applications that support Credit Risk Management's consolidated IT applications.
