Federal Advisory Council |
| This statutory body, set up by the Federal Reserve Act, confers with the Board of Governors on economic and banking developments and makes recommendations regarding the activities of the Federal Reserve System. The council has twelve members—one from each Federal Reserve District. The council is required by law to meet at least four times a year. |
